Summary :
Solid fibrous tumors are spindle cell neoplasms arising in mesenchymal organs. First described in the pleura, it can also invade extra thoracic sites such as the orbit. This tumor generally has a benign course but the diagnosis should be specified to differentiate it from other spindle cell tumors which are more aggressive. We report two cases of male patients followed by a literature review.
