Material and method: Review of the literature and anatomical considerations. Paranasal sinuses CT-scan analysis. Results and conclusion: The execution and the interpretation of CT-scans, in accordance with the progress made in the past 20 years in the knowledge of the rhino-sinusitis physiology and pathology, are today absolutely necessary for the management of chronical rhino-sinusitis diseases.
