Summary :
The different deformations generated by the cleft palate and the various anatomical structures involved, justify the importance of multidisciplinary care. This team work is based on a management schedule that depends on the type and importance of the malformation. This management ranges from prenatal diagnosis to end-of-growth dental rehabilitation, which justifies the collaboration of pediatric, plastic and maxillofacial teams; this allows teams that support primary treatment to measure the consequences of gestures that are made in early childhood, on growth, and to follow up to adulthood.
