Sitting body posture and the movements for the feeding gesture are interdependent and can worsen an oropharyngeal dysphagia. Their management will have a direct impact on the patientís handicap and will be able to decrease the complications. Clinical process aiming at placing a person having postural disorders, positioning will ensure a base adapted to the person, comfortable, allowing mobility and independence. It requires a methodical accompaniment: evaluation, test, validation, control of adapted equipment for the patient and gesture readjustment.
