Article published in french Downloadable PDF document french Summary : Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC) is a rare and aggressive primary neuroendocrine neoplasm of the skin with a poor prognosis. It occurs mainly in the skin of white elderly patients. Its occurrence in intraoral mucosal sites is rare. We report a rare case of MCC that arose in the gingival mucosa of young black adult.
