Summary :
Nasal malformations are multiple and complex. Columellar agenesis is a very rare form of nasal deformity. It is isolated or associated with other malformations. Because of its centralized location and its contribution to the harmony of the face, any anomaly sensibly affects the esthetic equilibrium of the patient. The diagnosis is simple and its management makes use of the various techniques of reconstructive surgery (local or distant flaps). We report one clinical observation and a review of the literature on this malformation.
