Summary : Introduction: Kimura’s disease is a chronic inflammatory disease of young asians typically. It’s adiagnosis is the differential for various eosinophilic granulomatous diseases. Case report: We report a case we managed after a long diagnostic wandering. Conclusion: Kimura’s disease remains a diagnostic challenge.
